This technique relaxes your entire body and increases your comfort level. During the visualization, try to imaging the specific sight, sounds and smells of the images as vividly as possible. 

Using strong medications to control labor pains is not for everyone. Some women want to have their child naturally and with as few medical intrusions as possible.
